definitely going to goldenhorse tonight, yum yum

Goldenhorse and Pluto were nothing short of amazing on Friday night.

Goldenhorse are so good now. (not that they were bad before) They totally mixed it up, the style shifts kept comming,, without ever losing the crowd. Kristen's voice humbled, and made me smile and shiver at the same time. By the end of their set, i was left wondering if Pluto were going to be able to step up.

Pluto played amazing.. The crowd was the most up for it i have ever seen at a Pluto gig. There was dancing, jumping, singing and pashing. which shocked me and was most excellent. This was the kind of audience Pluto deserves, the band were so stoked and feeding off it, which inturn delivered the best gig i have ever seen them play. The crowd singing during the encore, (In The Lap Of The Gods)was very special.

Did anyone else go to this, or were you at Ben Harper or the Boss? heh

You're making me cry. A friend (who's not a gigger) is over from the UK briefly and we had to catch up.

Questions - was it overcrowded with a long wait before the bands came on, like previous Galatos gigs?

i think it started around 11, there were lots of people spilling drinks on eachother well before that. galatos is a good size i recon.
