I was thinking it's probably quite likely that those particular forums are probably pulling a few hits from random web searches. I can imagine a fair few kids searching for info on the new Queens of the Stone Age album, or what tattoos their favourite musician has, and stumbling across those keywords in these forums. Maybe.
