I think you'll find that video was done by the dudes at Shynola (check the link) they have been doing quite a bit of stuff for QOTSA at the moment.
Shynola did the beautiful video for PYRAMID SONG by radiohead and all those little 'blips' that went with the Kid A album....they also did 'Changed my mind' for Quannum Spectrum, one of the coolest videos out.
Anything Shynola does seems to be amazing..........those radiohead blips still fucken inspire me.
