i think you'd be lucky in wellington ...
i think you'd be lucky in wellington to find any NZ records with dust on them ... if you went into the second hand shops in the outer 'burbs or even up the Hutt, you might be lucky ... best bet is somewhere like Slowboat or Real Groovy, which will have a good turnover, but you'd have to be quick.
you might be able to pick up some compilations ala Freak the Sheep or something to get you started ... not sure what genre/sound you're into ...
