Tama Royal Star in clear Crystar ... just like the ones I bought in 1971 ... had the coolest damn look and the snare was to die for. Also had one of the best parallel snare throws ever. And I gave them away to the Otara Community Centre when I joined the Army in '75. Tama has (or maybe had) a piccy of said gear on the web site. As for cymbals ... I still love Ziljian (does that have a d somewhere???)
i like the look of the gibson gothic explorer. dont know how it sounds. my lp sounds better than my explorer. but one of those goth ones with some big fucking humbuckers. and some thing so my strap doesnt fall off. maybe a jmp-1 preamp. one of those roland rack mount processors (gx-700) with like 21 boss pedals inside. maybe something like a marshall 100W + 100W EL34 100/100 power amp. a dude to change my strings so i can use 1mm picks without worrying about breaking strings every song. and a pair of leather pants and my own creed-fan.
i wouldnt mind trying one of them triple rectifiers either when i get a spare six grand. i also heard stories of marshall making a 300 watt guitar head. id give that a go in the garage.

Orange head (and misc quad...), Ego Booster (cool ass boost pedal with only one knob made by my wonderful buddy, be'), Hot Cake, Big Muff, Analogue Delay, Danelectro Wah (because I just want some kind of wah, and the danelectros look cool), an E-Bow... and a Fender Mustang... and a Fender Jaguar.
Shouldn't be too hard to get it all together, either :) I am on my way.
nice gear NiceGuyEddie ... very nice. it's a hard road finding an analogue delay - our Ibanez AD-80 analogue has bitten the dust but after buying a US$2 schematic we might be able to get it to live again ...
i adore all my gear. i just wish i maintained it better. i dream of the perfect Roadie/Technician who lovingly tweaks all our equipment at the end of a gig/practise. our beautiful yellow Pearl kit is missing a couple of bolts, my awesome Peavey amp has a non-grounded hum .. lots of little things a wee bit wrong ... but not enough to swap for some new flash gear ...
