More important than God's question, Jane - did you consider taking up the hosting position at Space yourself? Not dissing the newbies here - but you'd have done a fabulous job.

And Heather - since God is everywhere, why will his posting here stop blasphemy?

Satellite have already got a kind of monopoly over NZ music media. Then Jane Y would too.

As for Jane being _the_ face of NZ music, I think its good to have a variety, but it just seemed to me that when Jane did the guest spot on Space last year, there was more space for her to be Jane, and it was good.

Well yes. I was at Marlborough Park in the weekend. I really enjoyed their set. Live music is all about entertainment, and bolbox rex was great at it!! Just ask anyone who was there.

I think they were so good at the free concert on Saturday, that I will pay $5 to see them at the King Arms.... if everything goes to plan.

i actually preferred mike's stuff that he did with dayone, but i've still heard good things about them, so it'll be o-some to finally check them out

dude, i was impressed with the sound. i've only heard the one track that got played on channel z and i thought it so-so, but how can you not love a band that has a double kick, and starts the show with playing sabbath?

i feel kinda gutted that i had to sit on the door the entire time, and missed actually SEEING them, but i still reckon you deserve a rap on the knuckles for leaving during foamy ed.
