70's suits,
army camo,
Karate Gi's,
Convict/jail break (huge, baggy denims),
and ocationally 80's stonwash with fake mullets.
Last time we tried the 80's gears we got some pretty strange looks, but it was wearth it.
Uh no trumpet boy! Waikato is no longer the go! BUT- for those Cant. Uni students- come dressed in yo' best bedsheet for the TOGA PARTY (which is where we are playing, with The Swamp Donkeys). $5 is a pretty good deal i reckon!
As far as the outfits go, i'm down with you NiceGuyEddie....but just to defy trumpet-boy...

Its Battle of the Bands season again and 4ManBob are in for another round of competing! Come down to the dirty ol' Southern Blues Bar (Madras st), Thurs 24th July and support the 4MB crew!!!
4Manbob have gotten through to the Chch Regional finals of Battle of the Bands! Will keep you posted with dates etc... so you can come support the local ska outfit!
Also, if youre down in the 03 region- come to a lunchtime "concert" in the Cathedral Square this Friday Sept 5th and have a bit of a skank while you eat your sammies. Ska+sammies+spring....not a bad combo really!

Love your work guys... the year and a half since i've been away has been the time which you've grown most. The CD rocks! Peepals if you have 15 bucks worth o coin, do yourself a favour & get 4MB's newly recorded CD. The vid is just phat - i believe it's from the Winter Fest (iz that right 'GirlZero'/'TrumpetBoy')... it's just so meaty.
Go the horn section i say... technically the better combo (sorry Phillipino & Frasocopy)!!! I'm sure dey would probably agree. I'm used to recordings where Frazey ballsed up this or that horn line or where they both played too fast (Store Up recording of old)
GirlZero - giz me the first call if you ever want out. Although you'sa all having the bomb time i don't think that's gonna happen. I'd happily leave my day job to become a Bobber!
