Well it seems to be the beginning of the end for good old Channel Z. The new Edge station seems just too commercial and although Coleman isnt a complete idiot he just isnt enjoyable breakfast listning. In fact where is there any decent brekkie show now Jon and Nathan have gone??
If another radio station picks them up I'd probably follow...

Yeah they have probably lost my listnership, but there the closest thing to the type of music mix I like, The Rock is my 2nd fav, but they play too much oldies sometimes, whatever happened to "The Dot" you guys remember that station?

for those in auckland who can't pick up the station on 93.8 yet, if u have sky digital, the z is now on channel 100 instead of The Edge

If you note them talking about the change in coverage areas, I think they mean the transmitter is located there, not the studio.

There is probably a clause in their contract meaning they'll have to stay off the airwaves for a while.
