anyway, i shall share my knowledge with you, since you seem so interested. if you shave your eyebrows off they will grow back eventually... i think it takes about a year. if you pluck them out, it takes longer. it looks shitty on some people but not on everyone! and btw, i don't draw them on with a pencil (i think velocity asked) because i'm too uncoordinated to get them even, and plus i prefer having no eyebrows at all.
