I'm considering getting the train ...
I'm considering getting the train because I live to close to the Mt Eden train station. But I'm scared. I've never used Auckland's passenger train service before. It's not like the slick metro systems of Sydney and Melbourne. It seem to be very dirty and a little bit scary. - hey, just like Big Day Out!
And here's an observation. I was walking around Queen Street today and I noticed a slightly higher than usual amount of hip young people. There were definately more dreadlocks on display than I'd normally see. The alternative music section of Real Groovy was almost suffering from gridlock.

it's just the "in" fashion for this summer. underneath it all they are still boppers. not all of course but a large majority. just like there was lot of "gothic" styled clothing in fashion stores a while ago.
