He had some problem with the record company (I think) because they didn't want to release the Foos & Probot too close together, plus he hasn't had much time lately with touring with both Qosta & Foos, quite a busy man.
They also had problems with one of the singers because the guy is a neo-nazi & the record company didn't like that of course.
