although marvey king is the annoying woman on those house of travel adds that we put up with every nite, the song "rosary" has convinced me that she is not only beautiful but she also has talent, many a thing that pop stars like k-lee lack there of.

let me update you on things:
- Marvey is currently in Sydney playing some solos shows and writing some new stuff.
- We are playing 1st May at the Grand Central Bar in Ponsonby, and every saturday night from then on.
- New Single 'Perfect Lullaby' coming soon.
- Look out for us on the telly next month
- We are booked solid throughout May so you will have a chance to see the new look band.
- Plans for a mini tour underway.

I was touring in Aussie and saw Marvey king playing at The CIVIC, not is she the nicest person you'll ever meet she ripped, the crowd loved her, so hollis your a lame producer with no balls, who produces pansy arse bands.

Tanya. I gave her the benefit of my doubt more times than I can remember. I remember being forced to go see her and on more than one occaision I had to walk out of the shows because it upset every sensibilty that I have. She cannot sing in tune. Her songs sound like they were written by someone trying to get into rockquest. She has absolutely ZERO stage presence and not a musicial bone in her body and has no spirit. Her lyrics are an embarrassingly juvenile. Her sole goal is to be famous. That must be obvious to anyone. Her 'music' is a means to an end.
But she is sweet and looks good. I guess that is all that some people require. Not me.

I also go and see Marvey King play and i love the gigs, she is warm and endearing on stage, makes the crowd have sing-a-longs, plays with the coolest musicians and they arn't playing with her for the money, i'm sure she doesnt make much at Grand Central, also saw her support Jackson Browne and she rocked, i think she's jsut amazing, everyone has bad gigs, i mean i saw betchadupa play and there all over hte place, but i still know they rocked, unlike hollis people arn't perfect but in saying htat i havn't seen a bad gig, i'm sure that time will come, also saw her play at Float bar a couple of months ago and her voice is beautiful, her songs are slighty leftfield but thank god there not commercial crap and maybe you've never listened to her lyrics, im at uni anad i study literature and her lyrics are pretty out there unlike anyone elses, she does have a beautiful childlike quality and your comment about her being famous for the sake of being famous - well, that is just a joke.
