Auckland (ex Hi-Tone Destroyers) and guests @ The Jetset Lounge on Friday January 3rd and on the Wet Coast the following night at the Barrytown Hall."
I was amazed to hear that Trinity Roots went to Barrytown, so just have to be there to see what's the story.

Here in christchurch I know Salmonella Dub are playing with Fat Freddies Drop and Dubwize sound system (both of da last 2 are also playing @ alpine unity)

im not sure how much the dubsters gig is...im GUESSING it will be about 15...20 dollars at the most...considering its normally free to see bands @ the dux....I don't know what else is going on in Chch as of yet...probably something in the square with some semi-known band....I am also too poor to go to Alpine unity...:( but I will keep you posted with any info I come across about whats goin down in chch :)
going to bed at 9.30pm and not giving a shit about the morning, i mean what most peole do new years i can do any old day of the year, its just another day, the world aint gunna end. if something REALLY, REALLY BIG happened then we know the world has changed, like meself waking up at 4.45am on Sept. 12. 2001 and hearing that the WTC towers and pentagon where destroyed and thinking that a nuclear holocaust was coming and freaking and shit and thining" these are our last few hurs on earth".
hurs=hours and to put it in-depth a little i was totally freaked what happened overnight 11 and 12/9/01 cos it was the day that changed the world, you ask what the fuck has that got to do with new years?? apart from the date nothing ever changes magically overnight 31 dec/1 january, whereas if say new zealand was attacked by terrorists or nuclea war erupted in iraq then that is something bound to change the world overnight
