im lookin for a price between 300-700

You might be able to get a old 80s Pearl Export or Tama Swingstar with shitty cymbal for that

You can still bash up a kit worth that much.

Meinl cymbals?? the only ones I've played sounded like crap, except this one splash
But I'll recommend a 80s Tama Swingstar or Pearl Export for that price
But its like finding a needle in a haystack, take a drummer with you, he/she will no whats a good buy or not.
