Okay, i joined this board for the SOLE purpose of replying to this post. I _AM_ THE biggest Cripple Mr Onion fan in the whole world, I have not missed a single gig of theirs for over a year, which at one point ment travelling down to Duneidun with no way home. This band is the best thing to come out of New Zealand in a LONG LONG time, if you live in Christchurch, e-mail ME (nerral@ihug.co.nz) to find out when there next gig is cause I'll know before it's on their website =]

Yeah... big fan, they're playing at the Dux on thursday this week and Friday... (maybe saturday too) come support good NZ metal.

If they're so great, then how come they didn't get through to the Battle of the Bands final in Auckland, hmm? Riddle me THAT, nerral. By the way, bass lessons are definately on for this week and I have new strings! Woohoo! Crunch etc. We gig at the Dux in 4 weeks time.

I'll tell you why they didn't get through sonny jim, because of the stupid political correctess of dumb judges, there is enough hip hop out there already but because the judges in Christchurch didn't want to be slandered as racist they did the stupidestt hing imaginable and awarded a hip hop band the prize in a 'band' cometition.

THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THE WORLD!!!

lol nerral, wow, you travelled ALL the way from Christchurch to Dunedin for a Cripple gig? lucky for you you live close, i travel from Wellington for them, whenever i can...so dont go around boasting your the "biggest" cripple fan untill you've acctually met others like you...oh and by the way i have a couple of unreleased cripple CD's and got to own and view a copy of the vid of SIX DAYS OF SILENCE way before any of you fuckers! :P
