I heard on the radio that QOTSA had a concert to promote their album 'Songs For The Deaf' and a crowd of deaf people came to the show thinking it was for deaf people & that they'll be doing sign language to the music. But they were wrong, they left and gave the boncers the finger.
I thought it was quite funny, stupid deaf people haha.
I just saw the video for "No Ones Knows" on TV4. I was a little bit undecided as to whether I would go out and buy "Song For The Deaf", but after seeing Mr Homme lick his guitar in the video, I will certainly be going out and purchasing it.
I mean, we need more of this. Obnoxious, sexy manrock tends to get ignored in favour of whatever is currently flavour of the month. What the world needs now is not another nu-rock rip off band. A bit of metal would be nice, cheers, thanks.
