I see that Po-Ha are mentioned quite a lot but don't you find it strange that their is no information about them on this site......or am I doing something wrong. I have been to the website www.po-ha.com but I wouldn't mind finding out more about the band.

Despite the upset interval between our set, we pulled off some tasty tastes. George (Mescaline) has an awesome snare drum which made the rest of the kit sound dam kin fine.

bugger I am going to a Uncle Monkey gig on Saturday the 23rd but hopefully I will be able to make it into town afterwards....what time will the gig be starting or more importantly finishing? As for the gig I went to at Indigo I was sitting at the bar until you guys started so I doubt you would have seen me.

I was at the mighty valve on sat night ...
I was at the mighty valve on sat night to witness the aural master-strokes of the po-ha in full motion. This would have easily been *the* best i've seen em, not that they they're not up to scratch usually (far, far from it), but on sat night they were 'in the zone', kicking ass and asking for more.
The Po-ha sound clearly benefits from good sound engineering and definition. The Valve accoustics and sound provided the perfect canvas for their musical genius. Well done Mikey!
These boys are on form, and sounding brilliant. Come on wellington, theres a good thang on ya doorstep. Worth every cent! (and kicks uncle monkies pretty pink panties)

heres my thank you list for, well almost, everyone I’d like to say thanks and cheers to and for support: Firstly da venue of course, thanks Dave, and the crew @ Valve. Da bands, motorsheep: jarrod, kelvin and pete,...is there any justice? Looma; Malcolm, Jess, and Elise, Mikey (nice sounds Mikey, well definitely hook up again) Shane, Seth, Rick and his partner for ‘doin’ the door. Of course the general mature audience for being our human sponges and soaking up the sound. Now I’m outta here to do some talkin with the special people, and gonna take a well deserved break. We'll be taking a break from gigging for a coule of weeks, but Josh has been working hard at getting the site up and running. I've seen the "prototype" version and it rocks! Check out www.po-ha.com soon for the new version. We'll also be schmoozing the radio stations with 'Cruel and Unusual,' the CD we'll be pushing for the rest of the year. Keep your ears peeled...(ugghh)
