okay, its time to play 'lets help ashleigh with her english research assignment which has to be finished tonight!!' ive chosen nz music for a topic (it had to be something about NZ..this was the obvious choice) so if you can post any info today (or hey, anytime after, im sure people would be intersted just to know) about the following questions, short or long it doesnt matter, but i need a teeeny bit of help from all of you who know stuff. thanks.
1 - who were the pioneers of nz popular (or underground) music in NZ, when were they around/working in music?
2 - What influenced them, and how have they influenced others?
3 - what are some of the highlights of the industry/scene of nz music?
4 - what does the future hold for nz music, where is it going?

pretty dumb questions i know but if you can offer any info at all, its much appriciated.
