I've been looking at the new Pacifier site... looking pretty flash.

Saw some of the latest pictures... was shocked to see the new-look Tom Larkin!

Is it just me, or has he lost a lot of weight?

And is this new look attributed to Pacifier's soon to be rising star or has he just been too busy to eat?

So many questions...

Yeah it was about 18 months ago or something... hairdressers kept going "the mullet is COOL again"!

It's never gonna happen. The mullet is one of the funniest things I've ever seen, but definitely not the coolest.

Oh my god though, it always makes me happy to see a decent mullet. Theres some damn good mullets around. I'm talking about the brilliant, white trash, westy mullets with the super short sides and the extra long hair at the back. Makes it even more brilliant if the dude has curly hair.

THEN you get the mullets that you'd see on trashy 80's throwback type people who are probably Australian and still wear stonewash jeans and sweatshirts with tourist motifs on them, and the all important high top Reeboks. They're always, for some reason, blonde, and the mullet finishes at the shoulders.

Any other examples of great mullets I may have forgotten?

I dunno, last year in Melbourne I saw some photographer dude with an ironic mullet and it looked pretty cool. I think you have to be a pretty styley sort of person to be able to wear an ironic mullet. One wrong pair of trousers and people will just think you're a munter.

(By the way, back on the old old Shihad website, there used to be photos of the band in their early days, including one of Phil with an absolute beauty of a mullet.)
