i hope that nzm will have it's own chat soon, as you have found your self dust, logging on to shoutcast is a bit long winded, and people knowing that you can only use your own vaild nzm user name may return a level of trust to the chat, and remove the "guest" lurkers...........any up date on the time frame?

just another thought, to shorten down that list......... not sure how to word this, could the nzmers with more than one log in, be able to give them up, hand them back, put them out to pasture, have them deleted........?
may even a inactive edit, all those loggons that have never been used, say with a year of being signed up could go

To shorten the list... NZMers could sign up for chat a second time. Through their site username of course, that way only the people who plan to chat can be added to the list of users that can be in. So then, old inactive users would not be signing up & people with 2 or more accounts, only sign up from one of them.
