mmmm well definately better than True Bliss and Deep Obsession!! I saw the video on Squeeze yesterday. I think this debut understates what that girl is capable of vocally! I look forward to the next song,but i would go as far as to say ...better than Madison ave too ! And they seem totally independant and net savvy, which is cool!!

Yes well! my point being looking at your other comments looks like you a bit of a rock pig! In which case why would you want to watch or listen to DNE, or is it just so you can be nasty!! Yes the internet is wonderful, for kiwi music as it takes all the power away from the kiwi knocking machine attitude!! Because those who are visiting this site from outside of NZ, those that have watched and listened to DNE are not hung up on Kiwi Rock pig attitude!! They are listening to the quality of it in its genre!

Well I like it!! I think the girl can sing maybe that song is not that strong, but you can hear a quality voice there. I wouldnt call it lollipop.. her voice is far too ...dare I say Black sounding!! no racist point meant!!

I meant that some people with strict musical tastes can be 'fashion-whores' - in that they follow what trends are 'hip' and 'now' rather than trusting their own instincts to move away from mainstream music opinion. i guess i find the rock-vs-dance thing really dumb cos i don't know anyone who only listens to one genre. anyway, enufs enuf - I actually had very little to add to this conversation anyways. good luck and i hope ypou do even better with the next single etc.

THank goodness for that. Lets just all rise together to wish them and every other up and coming group the best for what the future may hold. no matter what genre they are, every band deserves a chance surely- i mean True bliss got a huge one and they are probably about the least deserving.
