It sorta annoys me how when celebrities die everyone is so upset & goes on about it. I mean, I'm not saying I'm glad she died or wish any irritating celebrities to die, but I am feeling sadder about the kids & teachers who were shot this weekend. No-one makes threads mouring their deaths. Celebrities must be just soooo much more important and special than everyone else.
Well, I don't about everyone else, but while I don't think I'd consider myself a fan of Lisa Lopes or TLC, but I enjoyed some of her music, mainly various guest vocals she did with other musicians, so I was saddened when I heard of her death. What happened in Germany was also a tragedy, but I'd never heard of any of the dead people before they died, had no personal interest in them. If I took the time to mourn the death of everyone who died, I wouldn't be living much of a life.
its all about the whole being let into a musicians life by the experiences and feelings and personalities portrayed in their music thing. we feel like we know them, so therefore feel like we lose something tangible when they die, rather than just a statistic. yada yada
