fuckn A. not too bad a line up, even enticing to a bad boy greasy rocker like me.

man I always say I'm going to go to wicked set ups like this but as always my lazy ass votes the chair. Hopefully this will not be the case.

heh I have to say.....bugger off.
Sorry but I'm allergic to fake drums, and the only good DJing I have heard is in the Avalanches. Otherwise I can't stand it, but everyone to their own. Breakdancing is cool, when its good.

Whats with these hip-hop bands ripping off the transformers? Optimus Prime, Deceptikonz etc.......

Oh I have to add - if you only go to one show in Wellington this month....make it TOOL! NO QUESTION!
Hell I'm all for supporting NZ music, but when a band like Tool comes, you gotta go! (I went to the last show in chch in august, and they are AMAZING)

So many ppl around here are going... Tool are the best!

arghmmm, there are actually a few drums in that line-up that are real. you would have known that if you're local knowledge was up to date. and the guys behind them kits are nothing to scoff about.
might be something even tool would be into.

well i know that eveyone writes about everything and anything here and im all for that BUT...i thought this was NZ MUSIC!! im not criticising Tool but come on guys you can'y knock the Player's Ball ..now that its been...did anyone else go?!!
i had a WICKED time, luvved the zones , luvved the way you could sift between hip hop and drum and bass, so good to see all the diff. types of people in one place and most of all LUVVED that it was all homegrown music people!!
go the kiwi music, im soo proud of welly and i think it went off!

YES! I went and had an awesome time! Congratulations to all the organisers.....we want more!!

a massive shout out to everyone that came down, u cats made it what it was and because of that, we're now planning an upscaled follow up for spring - big up urselves (btw im going to Tool aswell :P)
