Wouldn't it be cool if there was a thing on the artist page that you could rate them out of 5 stars or something and then take the average so there would be a general members rating of how good these guys are?
Or if there was a different weekly poll on the band of the week or something like that?
Not a necessity but it would be kinda cool in its own way.
We could get an idea of the most popular artists anyway.

All the trolls would just go in and vote Rubicon etc one star or less, not being able to get over the simple fact that if you don't like a band, you just don't listen to them.
The end result is that all the ratings would be disproportional of what people actually think - and anyway, it seems to be that the most popular bands are the ones most devoid of anything interesting.
It'll all end in tears.
