Should probably be a news item, but I just got wind of this. Wellington-based record label Capitalrecordings have put out a second compliation, indie/dub style, called
'Capitalbase 1'. It has tracks by "eight bright young things" from the capital
including Phoenix Foundation, Mike Fabulous, The Dub Connection, Nouveau
Riche..

More importantly, there is a release gig, where there will be 'Capitalbase' artists live, scheduled
for Curve Bar on April 13th and featuring a debut live performance from Super Drums Pro Series as well as The Phoenix Foundation and a handful of Capitalrecordings-aligned DJs.
