Who do you think IS reinventing the wheel then? All music is based on another form to some extent. There is nothing wrong with influences or following a particular style. Their vocals are beautiful but yeah they're just a new band. Give them a break.

The last thing people need is to be told a band is shit through an article so that people can't go along and figure it out for themselves.

Yeah I don't like quite a few New Zealand bands, but at least I haven't let reviews draw conclusions for me like the SHEEP you refer to hollis, and made up my own mind AFTER seeing them live. Because you're obviously just a mate of this reviewer guy or something and think whatever he says must be true.
