Is it just me or is it near impossible to find permanent rehearsal space in Auckland?

I've tried several storage space companies and they've all either told me that they're fully booked or that they don't do bands.

Using the proper band rehearsal studios would be ok if there were any central auckland ones. With the Killing Rooms shut temporarily we're finding it hard to book the times we need elsewhere.

So does anyone on here have any idea of where we could find ourselves a permanent rehearsal space?
