Spend some time with trailblazing singer/songwriter Age Pryor and band when they hit the highway to showcase his acclaimed album Shanks' Pony.

Following a mighty evening of finger-picking folk and fiery electric guitar freakouts at Wellington’s Mighty Mighty bar to celebrate the album release, Age and band are packing bags to perform live at selected venues nationwide.

Age says the upcoming tour will focus on the music from Shanks' Pony album, with the bonus of the live element adding a different dynamic to the contemporary folk journey.

“All the musicians are improvisers and we have a certain amount of freedom on where we can take the tunes” Age promises.

Shanks' Pony is available from The Store now, and over the horizon look out for the release of the jewel-case version of City Chorus.
