I did enjoy the Rumour Bitch profile that was posted recently. It reminded me just how closely and intricately linked the NZ Music.com website is to an old NZ rock band called Shihad. Perhaps I am reading too much into the profile or perhaps Th' Bitch is in fact a member of that band!
I mean, tuanting people with claims to know the name of the Nu Shihad and hooting about scoffing loads of food and then casting themself as a spirit of some old musical clacker called Devolve on their profile page...how transparent!

Also, on another note, there is a furor happening right now in cafes along Ponsonby Road and the drug dens of K Road - it surrounds the heated debate that has clouded over the Nun 21st recording plans like a storm in a very small espresso cup. The arguement? Well, there have been open-aired shouting matches and a few bloodied noses as to exactly who the 'special mystery guest' is that is scheduled to play with rock band High Dependency Unit.
In the interests of expanding the stand-up fights, I will post some of the current odds below. By this time tomorrow Cuba St should be awash in blood and gristle and the Wizard of Christchurch will be swearing blue murder.
