There's a bit of hype over here about Voom. I'm way behind but how do folks rate them? Rip it Up interview a year back made me laugh ( in a good way) and the video and song 'Wanna be Your Boy' seems to have what it takes - + it's got a genuine indie kiwi vibe taken in a slightly new direction (good pop)

I rate Voom. Some musician
I rate Voom. Some musician friends reckon they can be a bit hot and cold when it comes to live shows. Musicians can be bitchy. They write kick arse tunes, and thats what counts. Also playing Float On cover on TV was an excellent choice. Top notch band.

Voom are very good. B Your Boy is probably my least favourite track off either of their albums. They are capable of much weirder stuff.

Definitely very good. Excellent songs, musicianship and humour, usually combined with a slightly ramshackle alcohol influence (mostly Buzz). Also vibrant dramas in these very forums.
