I'm doing a bit of a whip-round for some help on the new NZM website. The old dame is getting a bit of a makeover, heart surgery, organ transplants, and reconstructive surgery.

Mainly looking for friends-of-NZM that could offer some time in the content side of things. If you are keen drop a us a line or post in this topic, and I'll email you (no need to put email down if your login email is valid).

when i click on "forum" and

when i click on "forum" and browse through the most recent posts, lots of people seem to have my icon (samwill, rope, cave_boy), but when i click on the actual topics or the persons profile, it shows their real icon. so weird to see so many mini martinas on all these posts i didnt write!

I've been away for a while... now I don't recognize NZMusic and can't find artist info on it. Have I missed something? Is it all on Wikipedia? How come I can't find bands who used to be on NZMusic when I use the search function? Where's all the old band poop gone now?

People who responded here in this topic should have access to the Music Wiki. It would be immense help if you could attempt to use the Music Pages and publish content. Any questions and bugs found can be published as content in the appropriate parts of the wiki, and will be responded to there. Please help asap! ;)

Yeah, forums page icon is the topic's author - not the poster's. Very confusing.
Also, comment order on the topics is all outta whack. New comments are at the top, but older comments still appear to be in normal chronological order after that.

Hey nice to hear from you Heather :)

Without going in to too much detail here, its a very flexible level of involvement. Input from NZMers even on the smallest scale will make lighter work of the whole thing. Even if its simply browsing through the beta version - that would be ace. Be the first to use the new site for a few weeks might be appealing to some of us web/nzmusic geeks types out there!
