This bass is in as new condition, absolutely mint, and is as gorgeous an instrument as you are ever likely to see. I am selling to fund the purchase of an ES-335 as I am primarily a guitar player and cannot afford to own something as magnificent as this in my secondary instrument.

The tone is rich and full on the neck pickup, snappy and bright on the bridge, and I find I like having both pickups at halfway the best, to get the best of both worlds. It is light for a bass and very comfortable. The finish and presentation is top notch as one expects with a top boutique brand like Duesenberg.
