I want to find a band to play in. I play mostly acoustic bass guitar (not URB) . I'm getting into playing solo bass with a loooper, but it's not as much fun as being with real musicians.

ANYWAY... interests include: Miles Davis (the electric, "Bitches' Brew" one), Alice Coltrane, Courtney Pine, Saints, The Church, Velvet Underground, Hole, Cousteau, Brian Eno, Leo Kottke, The Birthday Party, Led Zep, Dandy Warhols, Beasts Of Bourbon, Deftones, Cream.

I guess it's quicker to say that I'm not into most types of metal and would take a shot at just about anything else.

So... does anyone need a bass player (no backing vox though)? Does anyone want to form a band? Does anyone have a deck of cards in the meantime? :o)
