Judging process
Miles, Geoff, Melissa and Jeremy watched the videos over two evenings and decided on the fifteen finalists. The videos will be played in C4 from the beginning of September and people can vote for their favourite video by txting the band name to 89fm (8936 - txts cost 99c). These votes, combined with the traditional audience vote on the night will decide the Favourite Handle the Jandal Video and 2nd and 3rd place. All the winners get to take away a Golden Jandal and some pretty sweet prizes.

Awards judges
The awards night judges (t.b.c) decide on the winners of the 6 categories - Best Editing, Best Cinematography, Best Concept, Best Animation, best Use of Exploitative Tactics to Promote a Band and Rising Star. They'll give feedback at the awards about why they picked particular videos for each category.

... except the speeds seem to be around the wrong way - the 56k vids look and sound really good, but the broadband ones go slow, sound robot-y and are pixelated, at the moment.
