Yep I was indeed in Skwish. Along with some others :-)

Now I'm guessing that the original poster probably knows me quite well as the user name "knuffel" is Dutch for hug, and that was the name of a side project which I kinda played in at the same time.

As far as Skwish goes - theres not much recordings left now - I have a few tracks on my PC (Jokers Laughing, Fly, Strange) and possibly have a TAPE copy of the first "Any Thoughts" demo tape somewhere. Not sure about "Very Pretty Panic" which was the second TAPE (which has Wash [The Fish], Punk w/ Wild Hair and Dancing Silver on it) - with the change in bass players (from Ben to Scott).

I do have probably the best gig we ever played on TAPE though - Skwish Live @ Cuba Cuba. It's about an hour long and has a mix of stuff from both periods. I think the track listing is as follows.

Spook / Wash (The Fish) / Ace / Ice / Cover Me / Safety / Passing Phase / Temple of the Dog / Dancing Silver / Punk With Wild Hair / Dis- / Strange (Wire)

Hmm bit of a blast from the past there - Skiwsh were "my first band!"tm - quite cool listening back now, it's so obvious we had no idea how to go about being a band but we still wrote some cool songs and pulled off stuff we probably shouldn't have been able too!
