ok...

1. make sure you're using mp3 as your selected format.

2. click the show you want to download. ideally you'll get a 'save to disc OR open' dialog box. SAVE THE FILE TO YOUR DESKTOP!

(depending on your browser set-up, your default player might kick in automatically, before you get the chance to make this selection - if this is the case, you'll need to tell your browser to forget that particular setting. if you're having problems with this, drop a comment below (let me know what browser you're using) and I'll see if I can help you out.)

3. You should have downloaded a file with a .pls extension (I just did it with the Bunnies on Ponies live show from Bodega and got myself a file called: m101-446404DE-m032.pls) Open this file with a plain text editor like notepad.

4. at about line 4 of that file, you'll see something like...

File1=http://202.7.7.90:7000/m101/m101-446404DE-032.mp3

...which tells you where the mp3 file actually lives. Cut and paste after the File1= (ie. everything from http to the .mp3) to your browser, and, again depending on your setup, you'll either get prompted to save it (in which case - SUCCESS!) or your default player will kick in.

If your default player kicks in, again, you'll need to re-train your browser so it prompts you as to what you actually want to do, or use some downloading software (try getright, the DownThemAll extension for firefox, or any other download manager you may have stumbled across). If you're a firefox user, I highly recommend DownThemAll.
