the main issue behind slow registration process times at the moment is that we're rebuilding most of the site, and the current system will eventually be made redundant, so we're not spending a lot of time on processing the current queue, as it's essentially work that slows us down from implementing the new system. Feel free to rark us up if you are desperate for an artist page, though, and, as this thread illustrates, there's nothing stopping you from advertising upcoming events via the forum.

Lookin forward to seeing the rebuild... the site seems to have dropped off a bit as of late... which was a bummer as it was about as close to a wellington 'music scene' forum as we've got.
