Are you proud to be a NZ musician?

If you were asked that in an interview, what would you say?

Personally I'd probably say, I don't care and don't think it's relevant at all. And that I don't support the NZ music radioplay quota or any other music grants, government funding, etc. based on nationality (although as a rational consumer that doesn't mean I won't take advantage of them - for example I don't support the interest-free student loans policy but since it's in place I'd be stupid not to use it).

Forums: The Bar,

I really hate to be the one JC,
but did you not learn a lesson?

it was because of starting silly topics that turned people
against you last time.

unless you don't care - carry on.

and of course people care about nz music.
we are of course (mostly) new zealanders here.

p.s. until somebody in the media asks you such a question, you should probably not give away your answers in a public forum.

why?

well, we all know then.
so there wouldn't be any facts left to sell magazines with.
no one knew eminem came from a trailer park til the movie '8 mile', did they.?

no idea what you're talking about, if i have a view on something i won't pretend i don't have a view on it or pretend to have a view that everyone else supposedly likes just so they won't dislike me

we're against things like racism, to me that's no different than promoting something based on nationality

saying nothing isnt pretending to not have a view.

p.s. I am American, you can tell by my accent when I rap.
