After several years on NZM, I'm putting my money where my mouth is and actually releasing something.

I'm currently wanting to form a full band to perform the songs (there's 8 so far) and record with me at York St. The music is along the lines of Gilian Welch, Neil Young, Ryan Adams and Elliott Smith. Indie acoustic music I guess.
I would particularly LOVE to find a female acoustic guitarist/vocalist, but I am also looking for a drummer and pianist. I already have a manager, an excellent bass player and believe it or not some record label interest, so it will be a great opportunity for the right people. I'm 24, so 5 years either side of that would make sense, but hey, if you're into it, don't hesitate to get in touch.

I have to admit that I was surprised at how actually good you sing - I thought you were all talk and no walk. But speaking of walking, one day I'd like to hear someone sing about how they were walking around all night, instead of driving. It's better for the environment and I think it'd set a good example for youth. Yeah that's right, all NZ musicians - I'm holding you and your car-filled videos responsible for all the fat kids of NZ.

Is anybody who has visited only getting the first minute? Apparently in the last day it's only been streaming one minute of the music, which is hardly ideal. You should be able to listen to the whole track, and download the whole track. What gives?
