Two experienced Audio Engineers looking for a place where they can set up and use their mixing/recording setups/equipment.
We want to give our flatmates a break, and also because we are a couple and live in the same place, both of us cannot mix outloud at the same time in the same room and this issue effects our productivity!

Can you help? Perhaps you are an owner of a warehouse/factory/office building that has additional space that is not being utilised...
One of us has a masters in Acoustics, so we can easily sound proof the room(s).
