I'm not cracking out the fact that both bands used "delay" their are literally thousands of possible sounds and tone you can get using delay with other effects. tadpole and carraige h come up with a similar sound. a sound that is very un-tadpole. I think this whole thing is getting carried away. It is cool that people are aware that this sort of thing can go on so to watch out for it. There are thousands of cases worldwide where established "label" bands have ripped off "underground" bands many have been sued and have had damages bought against them. I am not acusing Tadpole of anything but i think that Judy is on to something.
when i say arrangement, sorry i meant structure of the verse, the verse follows the same chord structure, maybe in a different key I'm not sure i haven't sat down to figure it out. But don't acuse me of being ignorant and even finding a similarity in Limp bizkit and ol' blue eyes if i wanted to.
