I'm into quite a lot of music, and at the moment I'm looking to start a new band in the CHCH, NZ area. I'm looking for 2 guys and a girl, or 3 guys to be in my band- who can play drums or guitar ( lead or rhythm) or sing lead vocals and maybe play the other guitar part.
I was hoping, if at all possible, that those people are between the ages of about 15 - 18 (Im 16- turning 17 this year) and who wouldnt mind covering songs from bands like The Used, All American Rejects, Jimmy Eat World and Fall Out Boy etc

i'd be willing to play music with you if you like, although i've never heard those bands you've mentioned. do you like Our Lady Peace? i've always wanted to play covers of their songs, but if performing live in front of people i'd rather play originals. what instrument do you play again? i play the plug-inable acoustic guitar and keyboard

Hey dude, thanks for your interest, yeah i quite like Our Lady Peace, they're pretty cool.
Um, Im not too fussed about the ages, but seeing as im still in highschool i think it'd be sorta weird to have like, way older people in my band- well not way older, but you're 21, so yeah, quite a bit older.
But anyways, if no-one else turns up, I'd like to jam with you sometime. I play bass usually, but i can also play guitar and i used to play keyboard, but i dont anymore.
