Guitarist (20), moved to Hamilton last year (living in Melville now), looking to form or join a melodic metal/metalcore kind of band.

I've been playing for near 5 years, I've got my own gear and have previous band/live experience from playing in bands back in Tauranga. I can do back-up vocals too if you want that. I also like to play around with sampling/electronics every now and then.

I've got heaps of originals lined up and also keen to do a couple of covers as well and get out gigging.

Looking for a melodic but heavy sound with different influences across Hard Rock, Metal and Post-Hardcore. Influences include NZ bands like Blindspott, Redline, Second Theory, New Way Home... And also As I Lay Dying, Trivium, 36 Crazyfists, Chimaira, Bullet For My Valentine, Shenoah, Funeral For A Friend, Atreyu etc.
