I think Slowboat Welly have some copies left, don't know about elsewhere. Used with Stranded in Paradise, which covers the two decades before 1990 (or so), there's a wealth of info on who's played with who and when.
What we need is revised, online, fully cross-referenced version.

i've been watching this one for a while, waiting for it to get off the ground ... it could be a whole site in it's self. melody maker (?) used to print huge family trees - the turned a dozen of them into tv docos ... which is what some of these could become (when bands break up vol. 1 perhaps?)
