Sooo, who's going then? I'm surprised there hasn't been more talk about it. Maybe the 'had are losing some of their appeal? Or maybe not that many people actually know about it?
I heard about these gigs on Friday last week but didn't actually get my ass into Real Groovy until today. I was quite surprised to find out that they still had a lot of tickets available, especially considering how tiny Valve is. The guy at the counter also thought it was strange that they hadn't sold more. Maybe the $37 is putting people off?
Anyway, I wasn't going to miss going to at least one of these shows after missing the secret show at Valve back in 2001 before BDO. Shihad in the smallest venue I have ever seen them in; I'm looking forward to it :)

I think its simply a case of no one knowing the gig is on - as far as I know, it was only announced about a week ago (well, thats when I first heard about it). I've heard that The Rock were supposedly doing some advertising, but haven't heard anything about that either.
I doubt there will be any new songs though - in Christchurch at New Years, Jon was saying they've jammed and recorded some stuff, and he's put vocals over top, but they haven't got back together to play around with it.

Yeah I remember lining up at like 4 in the arvo to go to that gig. It was superb. I'm not even really a Shihad fan but they put on a pretty memorable live show! It was pretty insane in Valve!
