It's in the middle of Cuba mall, just up from the bucket fountain. It won't really "look" like a bar from the outside - there'll be like a little entrance door with a kind of horizontal grating motif going on - But you should see the sign anyway (which looks kindof chinese style). The bar itself is down stairs.
