anyone catch the Kills in AK last night?

Forums: The Bar,

they were
shit

nah

good show. a lot better than i was expecting

I like the singles they've put out... but I was a little underwhelmed when I saw them do a live-to-air on a Jimmy Carr talk-show one night. Not really a live band, huh?

most musicians don't look good when they're performing to cameras.

...aaarrgh... I don't know who I was thinking of, but it wasn't The Kills... ;-)

The Killers, perhaps?

Or the Thrills? Or the Chills?

... it was The Bravery. I'll just go back to my corner now..

They are TOTALLY a live band. That was the most electric, sensual show ever.

absolutely the sexiest and most dynamic show i've seen from a two piece. Except for the Blunts. and take out the sexy bit.

really like the way (on stage) they draw together and bang off of eachother, a very physical performance, sexually charged of course... and she uses the wind machine good

The Blunts are sexy too :P
hahahah

They were fucking awesome...
I love their presence as a live band.. for two skinny indie musos, they sure hold thier ground.

they were suprisingly bashful and coy at times though, not at all like the other twice I have seen them..
also they lacked the retro microphones and chain smoking that I associate with them..

Electric though.. definatley electric

The Whipping Cats were fucking Ace too
