Yes, we can all chuckle at the first Google result for "failure" being President Bush's bio, but what's more interesting is that the second result is michaelmooore.com
//I dunno. It's not really the height of failure to be the president of the United States of America. Vice President, perhaps.
His presidential campaign has been pretty close to a giant failure though, if he (US Soldiers) hadn't caught Saddam he would have nothing positive to show for his previous 4 years in power
Well, if his aim was to be in power, then he's succeeded. Also, if another of his aims was to make a lot of money for the big companies who funded his campaign by getting the US into a very long and drawn out war, then he's also succeeded at that.
//Who said anything about him achieving something 'positive'. That's just as subjective a word as 'success'.
Well if you are aruging that his presidentail campaign is a success, you have to look at what he has done, and subjective or otherwise people are measured on what positive or negative things they have done. Bush has done jack shit in the way of positive things for his own country so I think that "Failure" is a pretty good description of him while he hes been in power.
He has failed to do anything good. He has lied and basically fed the american public load of BS after load of BS and never delivered on any of it...I think that he deserves to be called a failure...
But if you are aruging that he got voted in as President for a second time then I guess he has succeed although his popularity is at an all time low apparently.
I hadn't checked out mikemoore.com for ages- did anyone read his 'letter to those who voted Bush last election'? I seriously doubt that this letter will reach the homes of many republicans... still, even though it's preaching to the converted, I felt 'refreshed' after reading it.

interesting that the Microsoft 'Live' Search engine also returns Dubya as its top hit for 'failure' as well.
Presumably they've developed a similar algorithim to the google guys.

What postive things has he done besides taking Saddam ?
I asked this same question to a bunch of Americans and they couldn't answer.
John Kerry was as bigger idiot as Bush was. the US public had to choose between Dumb and Dumber basically.
Bush has not to my knowledge done anything positive for his own country yet...
