Louis was getting on really really well with this major spokesman of the 'movement' - the guy was really appreciative of the quesitions and was really loving the debate, and Louis said - "would you still talk to me if you knew i was jewish" and the guy was super-torn cos he was starting to really take to Louis (how could anyone not) but his principles said hate Jewish people ... in the end other neo-nazis rejected Louis but the old guy just couldn't find it in himself to suddenly change gears. it was a great doco.
then Louis found this guy hanging out with an old close friend - a black guy - the neo-nazi said "i judge by individual basis now ..."
was really interesting ... super-depressing in places (close-minded hate filled people) and heartening in other places (this guy with his reputation was still able to think about his principles and adapt as he learnt more about life).
some of them don't even look that white, I mean black hair, brown eyes, give me a break you aren't 'aryan'. And if you have slavic ancestry, sorry but your "untermenchen" (Nazi racial theories...), if you have a liver of italian or meditaranian blood, then you're "negroid". They don't even know what their talking about, Hitler didn't like americans that much, he regarded them as a bastardised mixture.
I remember seeing a bit of a doco (on UK TV, 1999) where a Jew went so far into interviewing a KKK group that he even tried on one of their hoods. It was .. slightly unnerving. I only found out about the wonderful Mr Theroux afterwards.. wonder if it was him now. I only have shaky memories of the doco.

They believe that America was founded on white christian values (including the ownership of slaves), and as such the separation of church and state is abhorrent to them, with its resulting immorality, including racial mixing, immigration and tolerance of heathen (read: not christian) religions. Oh, also homosexuality. I assume it follows that the Jews are the worst of the heathens, since they denounced christ first-hand.

I have never even heard of Skrewdriver and at this point I think i'm happy not have not. I find this whole thing really pretty creepy and disturbing. Firstly, and I learned this in my anthropology class, there is really NO SUCH THING as a PURE RACE! The mere concept is completely impossible! I am at the Prussian Blue official site right now and judging from the banner image they are definitely going for the more "sexy" appeal, which is sick because these girls are not even teenagers yet. I am so so so worried about these poor brainwashed children, whose mother sounds like a complete maniac. I can't believe people are still perpetuating these out-of-date and ghastly notions of "White supremacy"...let alone to their children. This April woman sounds like she needs to go spend some time in the Motherland and stop bringing up her kids to be ignorant racists.
