Hey mate, ive texted you, im a drummer, at a professional level, have a mint kit with zildjian cymbals and DW pedals, my style of playing I would liken to thrice, heavy, dynamic, upbeat and original.
I have been playing for years and have played in a few really good bands, but had to leave those ffor various reasons.
Now I am on the hunt again to start a really good band, nothing ametuer.
I am looking for quality musicians to start a band with, along the lines of what you are into.
I want to play upbeat driven rock with subtle metal/hardcore elements.
I really want to do something original, im not into straight up metal/hardcore or nu metal.
My fav bands: thrice, incubus, glassjaw, finch, porcupine tree, refused, hell is for heroes, the mars volta, sparta, coheed and cambria, the superjesus, mae, at the drive in, the bled, norma jean, it dies today, killswitch engage, 36CF, snapcase.... the list goes on.
My early playing was very influenced by tool, deftones and soundgarden, but more punk influenced these days.
